This guide to setting up and running a Facebook profile for your museum is suitable for absolute beginners.

Starting from scratch with setting up an account it goes on to cover topics including:

The guide is one of a series commissioned by South West Museums Development Programme, specifically designed for museum staff and volunteers, so the advice is tailored to our sector and really useful. Over time some of the screenshots may become outdated as FB change their interface but don’t let that put you off as the general guidance will hold true for a long time to come.
