Written by Andrew Davis of the Royal Collections Trust it explains how they considered who their stories are aimed at, and who is telling them, as well as creating and testing content with users.

The team are beginning to ensure that collections management system information is targeted at users as well as within the organisation. They have also learned the value of advocacy and of ensuring that staff members who are keen to get involved and promote the value of good online content have the opportunity to do so.
